In a time of so much uncertainty with Covid-19 this may, for some people, be affecting their employment.

If you, or someone you know, is looking for work, we may be able to help. Our sector cannot be put on hold. We care for some of the most vulnerable young people in society with troubled pasts who we need to safeguard and nurture through what is a very difficult time for everyone. We are looking for Casual Support Workers to assist with the delivery of our services. As a Casual Support Worker you would be considered an essential worker (*see below) therefore your child would be prioritised for education.

Turning troubled pasts into positive futures is what we do, and we’re rather good at it. 100% of our services registered with Ofsted are Good or Outstanding. Full induction and training provided. An enhanced DBS check will be required.

We have most of our children’s homes mainly across Lancashire and Yorkshire but below is all locations:

  • Lancashire
  • Yorkshire
  • Manchester
  • Midlands (Coventry/Nuneaton)
  • Hull (Withernsea)
  • Bristol

* If your work is critical to the COVID-19 response, or you work in one of the critical sectors listed below, and you cannot keep your child safe at home then your children will be prioritised for education provision:

Health and social care

This includes but is not limited to doctors, nurses, midwives, paramedics, social workers, care workers, and other frontline health and social care staff including volunteers; the support and specialist staff required to maintain the UK’s health and social care sector; those working as part of the health and social care supply chain, including producers and distributors of medicines and medical and personal protective equipment.

We have a range of specialisms, such as Specialist Therapeutic Services and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, Crisis Intervention, Supported Living, Education through to Adult Services (including domiciliary care); our expertise makes all the difference.
