At Hexagon Care, our aspiration is to provide high quality care for our young people which enables them to make a successful transition to a fulfilling, independent adult life.
Young people need to be cared for by adults who are imaginative, resilient, clear, focused, caring and consistent in their approach.
Every employee within Hexagon Care Services is subject to a robust, safer recruitment and selection process. Following a rigorous probationary period, we ensure that only people with the greatest potential and of the highest calibre are confirmed in their positions.
Specialist Therapeutic Services
We have three specialist homes which offer bespoke care and therapeutic services. Each of the homes provides full time education. Two of our homes specifically cater for young men who are displaying harmful sexualised behaviour.
Supported Living Accommodation
Our Supported Living Service, Integr8, provides bespoke, 1:1 solutions for care leavers when Local Authorities are struggling to find the right environment for more challenging, complex and vulnerable young people 16+.
Set up to meet the needs of men who have learning difficulties, display sexually inappropriate behaviour and have previously lived in one of our children’s residential care homes, our 18+ (Adult) service is all about reintegration.
Emotional Behavioural Difficulties
The young people we help often face complex challenges, calling for a broad mix of expertise. Fortunately, we have a variety of homes available nationally used to supporting young people’s emotional, social and behavioural difficulties.
Our small independent schools educate boys and girls aged 11-17. The schools with their experienced head teachers and staff teach many pupils with a range of complex needs, who have struggled in previous educational placements.
Crisis Intervention Service (short term)
Our innovative Adolescent Crisis Intervention Service (ACIS) provides immediate and short term solutions for Local Authorities struggling to find accommodation for the most challenging and vulnerable young people.
From the short-term to the long-term, our dedicated assessment service provides full reports and recommendations from both the care and psychological aspects following a 12-week period, including gender-specific issues.
